Our Cornerstones are Legendary

WHO ARE WE?

We proudly announce North Pole Cornerstones (NPC), a collaboration between two of your most respected sources of holiday education. NPC is a unique, entertaining and interactive education experience. Santa Nana’s Holiday University (SNHU), the vision of Lucky Royse, and Santa and the Business of being Santa (SatBobS), the vision of Gordon Bailey, each set a bar for quality and innovative education. These groundbreaking programs have made a significant impact on how professional Christmas performers look, portray, and manage life as a Claus.

We bring you the best, inspired from two of the best.

North Pole Cornerstones - Round #3

A Little More about NPC Round #3

We are excited to see you in a few short weeks in Oklahoma City North (Edmond), at the Hilton Garden Inn, for Round #3 of North Pole Cornerstones (February 12-15, 2026), a unique, entertaining, and interactive education experience.

We wanted to share some information about what to do, what to expect, what to know, and what to bring, as you plan and pack for a jam-packed ‘sweet’ weekend.

A Little More about NPC Round #3

    Small Groups

A unique feature of NPC is getting everyone into a small group for breakouts, sharing, and feedback. You’ll have the same group the entire weekend. It’s a great way to build trusting relationships and try out something new in a small, safe environment.

    Stuff the Sleigh for Charity

The Christmas Community is incredibly generous, and we find a local charity to help support. For Round #3, we have selected Oklahoma Boys Ranch Town. A representative will come and share about the work they do for at-risk boys, girls, and families that need safe housing. Some of the items they can use are listed below. If you would like to participate, bring something you can pack, or we can arrange a personal shopper to pick up the items in Edmond.

    Photo Sessions

One Shot Photography is offering professional photo sessions. You can book your time from the Vendor Showcase page Click Here

    Vendor/Exhibitor Room

We’re thrilled to offer a nice variety of vendors to help you expand your accessories. A full list of the vendors is on the website. Click Here

    Inquiring Minds Want to Know...

    What Should You Bring?

    • A prop that’s travel-worthy (Optional.) One of our sessions will discuss how to use props in your visits. You can share one of your favorites, or one that you want to use and get feedback from your group.
    • Animal Crackers for Nick and Rose the Reindeer (Optional).
    • Treats? No obligation, but if you’d like to share some treats or give-aways for your classmates, you’re welcome to bring something to add to each student’s welcome bag. (60-70 bags)
    • Business cards if you have them.

    What time do we start?

Right now we’re close to 60 attendees, including our planning team! The full schedule is on the website, and below is a summary. The schedule will also be included in your Student Book. (Times may adjust.)

    What's the Dress Code?

Class is Claus casual. Layers are always good because conference rooms can get chilly. No need to bring your formal suit or dress unless you want to sign up for a photo session (see below) or if you want to wear anything special for graduation or reindeer photos.

    What's the Weather?

It’s Oklahoma. It’s February. Wait 5 minutes and see if the weather changes. As of now, typical weather in the Oklahoma City area in mid-February is highs in the mid-50s and lows in the 30s.

The Big Question: What’s the Menu?

We’re finalizing the menu with the chef and will share that once it’s in place. We will accommodate everyone who shared their dietary restrictions, so we have options for our four chef-prepared lunches and three dinners.
