Individual Registration is $459 per student

- All Class Materials\Welcome Bag
- 4 Lunches (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- 3 Dinners (Thursday, Friday, Sunday Graduation Banquet), Invitation to Alumni Facebook Page
- Transportation to and from activity at OKC “Bricktown” Saturday Evening
*A $100 non-refundable retainer holds your space for 2026.
Cancellation Policy
- By 10/15/2025 – Full refund
- By 11/16/2025 – 50% refund
- On or after 1/16/2026 – no refund
*Purchase Protection Coverage is available to add through our registration carrier. Transferring your registration to a new attendee is also a an option at no additional cost.

VENDOR APPLICATION
Vendor Registration is PENDING APPROVAL. Please fill out the application in full with payment. Once your application is approved you will be notified and the payment source you included in this application will be processed.
There is limited space available for this event, so only approved vendor applications will be able to attend.
Setup for booth will be Wednesday 7pm-11pm

Each student will receive a workbook. You can make an impact with an advertisement for your business in the full color advertising section. Advertise your products or services, offer an exclusive discount for North Pole Cornerstones attendees, or promote an upcoming event for your customers.
We will provide more details on graphics requirements and submission deadlines to make sure we have your ad before printing.
